Customise "busybox" image repository/tag in helm chart

In the templates/tests directory of each component, there are some hard-coded references to a busybox image. I was wondering if the repository/tag of this image could be configured via values, something like:

image: "{{ .Values.busybox.repository }}:{{ .Values.busybox.tag }}"

If so, I'm happy to open a PR to add this in!
