CoastWatch image with qgis and cdat

@nmfs-openscapes/2024-coastwatch I have created a developed a dev version of the CoastWatch image with QGIS and CDAT that you can test out. Let me know if you run into any issues. I have not done much testing.

1. Go to the JupyterHub: https://nmfs-openscapes.2i2c.cloud/
2. Use the 'Other' option in the image selector and paste the URL to the development version of the CoastWatch image ghcr.io/nmfs-opensci/container-images/coastwatch-qgis:latest

3. Once the environment starts up, you will see this. If you don't see this, then click on the blue button with + in the top left.

4. To try out QGIS and CDAT, click the Desktop button

A new tab will open that looks like this. Double click on the icons on the left to open the apps.

Note if you select Py-R CoastWatch in the drop down, you will get to the default CoastWatch image:

Note: key files there are coastwatch-environment.yml and install.R

This image auto-updates in the JupyterHub if changes are made to those files. Sunny can make changes.
