Custom parameters in code blocks

Hello,
I'm migrating to mdx v2
In v1, we were using syntax like this for code blocks

```ts filename="terminal" framework="all"

We were using params like filename and framework to use in our own components
In v2, I'm getting these custom params returning `undefined` 

I try to return all the props and could not find anywhere these custom params being passed

Any suggestions?
