Insert as first element of column

I need to insert new task as first (not last) element of the selected column... it's possible?

maybe with a autmatic action?

however, I want to try to write a pluging that allow me to add to specific column;
now with n you create a new task

maybe something like:

n + 1 => first column
n + 2 => second column
....
