Goal

Implement a web search feature within Jan that allows LLMs to access and incorporate current information from the internet when responding to user queries.

Proposed Functionality

• Add a web search module that can be toggled on/off by the user
• Implement a search capability that activates when LLMs determine current information is needed
• Integrate search results into the LLM's responses with source citations
• Allow users to view the raw search results if desired

1. How can we ensure the LLM uses web search judiciously and doesn't over-rely on it?
