building jaeger on arm64

I am attempting to build the all-in-one docker container but failing thus far. Do you plan to push arm based docker images in the future?

I am guessing these failures are related to my setup but any help would be great.

it looks like maybe you don't have $GOPATH/bin in your PATH

Looks like something went wrong during your make install-tools phase? Perhaps GOBIN or GOPATH/bin isn't in the PATH?
