I've found the motion blur under the Raster Effects, but I'm wondering if this is the only (and best) way to currently add motion blur.
For example, if an object is moving, and you want motion blur IN FRONT of the object as well as behind, you have to set the frame step to a negative number, not to mention creating 2 instances of the effect (one for the front, one for behind). Am I understanding that correctly?
