I'm excited to bring forth a discussion about a potential new addition to our DAO structure: the introduction of an Advisors Team.

The Concept:
The idea is to create a team comprised of part-time contributors who possess specialized expertise in various domains. These advisors would be available for consultation by any DAO member seeking guidance or insights related to their area of expertise.

How It Works:

• Accessibility: Every DAO member can request a consultation with an advisor to gain insights, advice, or guidance on specific issues or projects.
• Compensation: Advisors would be compensated on an hourly basis, determined by the total number of consultation hours they provide each month.

Areas of Expertise Needed:
We are looking to cover a broad range of expertise, including but not limited to:

• DAO Design and Governance Processes
• Product Development Strategies
• Technical and Developer Guidance
• And more, based on the DAO's needs and future projects.
