Send a message to the author's DM after closing the ticket

Hello there,
I've been using this ticket bot and it is incredible! Thank you.
And I have an idea that would make this bot even better. It is to send a custom message/embed to the ticket's author's DM, It could be the ticket log with the ticket number and the person who closed the ticket, and maybe something like "If you like the service, support us via server boost." Although there's a plugin for sending the log. But it just sends the .txt log without any custom message, and it kinda looks boring ngl.
