Nice to see that our brand can be showcased in those top-tier meetings. I have a suggestion: we should focus on the RingDAO market instead of just the Darwinia network. It would be better to represent RingDAO at those events, as we have more to connect with a broader community. |

When I say Darwinia - it encompasses any related products - the problem is that most people don't know ring that's why they default to talking about Darwinia not RIngDAO - but I am happy to work on changing that narrative - can you share more what your idea is looking like |

ETHGlobal Bangkok is scheduled for November 15–17, 2024, according to their website: https://ethglobal.com/events/bangkok, not November 22–24, 2024. Considering the tight timeline, the event will already be underway when the proposal is approved. Itering and Helixbox will also be sending team members to this event during November 8 and November 17, so if there are relevant meetings or activities, please feel free to request support from Itering’s development team, they can help to save cost in this case. For future events, it would be beneficial to plan and arrange things earlier. I will vote against it unless there is an explanation of what the itinerary from the 17th to the 25th is for. |

And yes in future we will plan before hand - its just that as we are just starting out right now plus things are popping up pretty close too. Once this proposal passes - please make a group and I can even help get the teams into various side events my friends will host. |

By actively engaging at these events, I can showcase Darwinia’s potential to a diverse audience, build key partnerships, and position our network for sustainable growth.
