Q2 Work Summary 🎉

The second quarter of 2024 saw significant advancements and successful completions of several key projects. Here’s an overview of our major achievements:

Integrations and Enhancements 🚀

• Viem Integration: Darwinia was successfully integrated into Viem, enhancing interoperability and expanding Darwinia's reach within the ecosystem.
• Dsafe RPC Fix: Addressed and fixed critical RPC issues by integrating a new fork, ensuring reliable operation and improving user experience.
• OKX Wallet Support: Initiated the process to support Darwinia/Crab chain by default in OKX Wallet.
• Rabby Wallet Proposal: Proposed the integration of Darwinia chain support in Rabby Wallet, gaining significant backing but ultimately not passed.
• Li.Fi Integration Discussion: Held discussions with Li.Fi about potential integration, with planned collaboration set for Q2.
• Revoke.cash Integration: Integrated Darwinia with Revoke.cash, enhancing safety and security for the community by providing a reliable way to revoke permissions and protect assets.

Website Developments 🌐

• "Get Ring" Page: Fully developed and integrated the "Get Ring" page into the Darwinia website, enhancing user engagement and accessibility.
• RingDAO Website: Developed and launched a new website for RingDAO, addressing critical issues such as mobile scroll problems, logo quality, and animation fixes.
• MsgPort Website: Released the initial design of the MsgPort website and continuously improved it with multiple fixes and enhancements, including support for larger screens and integration of social preview cards.
• DCDAO Website Design: Initiated and progressed on the design for a short website for DCDAO, engaging our designer to ensure a streamlined and effective presentation.

Other Activities 📈

• Helix Bridge Listings: Continued to expand Helix’s presence by adding it to various bridge lists across the web3 space, enhancing its visibility and accessibility.
• Darwinia IRL Events: Planned and prepared for Darwinia's IRL events in the US, including printing 50 shirts and creating 2 standees.
• Community Engagement: Actively engaged with the community by sharing updates and gathering feedback to guide future developments.
• Technical Delegation and Management: Laid the groundwork for establishing a robust technical delegation and management framework.
• Human Resources: Conducted interviews and continued the search for a suitable analyst candidate to strengthen our team.

Organizational Changes 🔄

• Roles Adjustment: Roles are evolving in line with the discussions from the recent Steering Committee call. These changes are aimed at better aligning our team structure with current and future goals.
