This serves as both a temperature check proposal and a request for comments prior to the proposal moving forward to DCDAO Tally.

This proposal requests €3,102 (equivalent to be paid in RING at the time of funding) to attend ETHCC and Polkadot Decoded. The funding will cover travel, accommodation, event tickets, and miscellaneous expenses. Attending these events will provide valuable opportunities for networking, learning from experts, and exploring collaborations to drive innovation for the Darwinia Network and the broader blockchain community.
