Override qualifier during build

Hi, I've taken over the updating of the DBeaver Community package for my Linux distribution and I've since noticed that the build date and timestamp gets appended to the names of many of the built jars and several of the target directories. This generates a lot of diff noise in our package manifest files, so I was wondering if anyone is aware of any way to disable that behavior. I assume the point of it is to ensure that the right version of the jars are loaded during development but given that we're distributing the application as a package that is updated atomically that isn't really a concern for us.
