Proper way of creating a Duration from x seconds

Whenever I need a Duration from x amount of seconds (or ms), I do it like this:

const totalSeconds = 140;
const duration = intervalToDuration({
  start: 0,
  end: totalSeconds * 1000,
});

Then I can use the duration object to format it using HH:mm:ss.

Is this the correct/cleanest way to do it?
