Message from Jen Reiher at CITZ, RocketChat DevOps Alerts channel:
We’ve upgraded GitHub to enable SSO for the bcgov GitHub organization. By July 30th, 2024, users must link their IDIRs with their GitHub IDs. If not, users will be removed.
If you are a developer and you use bcgov GitHub, this means you will need an IDIR account to continue to do so, and you need to link your IDIR and GitHub accounts. If you do not have an IDIR, you can request one by completing the Transfers In/Out, Offboarding & IDIR Changes form in Jira to request a contractor IDIR. The response time for account creation can take up to two weeks, so requests should be submitted as soon as possible.
Please visit DevHub for more information.
For help with access, please submit a support request.
