How to get custom folder include in build

Im trying to have a utils folder

How do I make sure the utils folder is built into build folder. So that I can require them using path

import utilOne from 'App/Utils/util-one.js'

[thetutlage]

If it contains typescript source, then it will be compiled and included to the build folder automatically.
