Hooks call twice

I have a model that use hooks like below. I need to use instock as getter but it should be async. for that I create hook in this ways. but when I execute the find inStock appear twice in console. and I have no idea way that happend.

and is there any way to call this data as getter to be async

                          console.log('inStock')
                          return modelInstance.freeShipping = await modelInstance.userPrice > 1990000 ? true : false;
            });
       }


    setInStock(inStock) {

    getInStock() {
        return this.inStock;
    }
}

for your better understand I should mentioned I use adonis transformer for return data
