Automatic Speed-Test at Interval

It would be great to have the speediest run on a schedule and/or interval on its own. For example a time of day, day of week, or every X number of mins. The hook into Grafana is great to chart out the results but the metrics would be more useful if it is done automatically so the data is has consistency to evaluate the results. If I have a speed problem I could set it to run every 15 mins or hour and let it run to see a time of day where my ISP has over allocated (high volume at nights) or have it run before, during, and after I have an nightly backup running and potentially clogging up my LAN speed by saturating the bandwidth pipe.
