So, I'm curious what it would look like for SlideRule to be a 'service' that Harmony knows about? I'm not advocating for doing this, but in the interest of understanding possible integration points I think it could be worthwhile to map out (or understand why it wouldn't be possible).

My limited understanding is that Harmony is really an API-based orchestrator of various "pluggable" services (see
https://harmony.earthdata.nasa.gov/docs#available-services, and https://github.com/nasa/harmony/blob/main/docs/guides/configuring-harmony-service.ipynb)
