Language confusion

In previous builds of Xposed there was a feature to only show one language in the app. Lsposed language doesn't seem to function that way as I regularly she multiple languages from all the various modules posted. I would love to explore more modules if I could understand what they do. Got any suggestions on a translator app that's compatible as I have yet to find one so far
