currently for 1.16.5, with a 1.20.1 version currently in development.
due to the nature of paleobotany, many of the taxa listed within the mod may have little to barely any information present in papers, due to either a lack of study or lack of fossils from the location, so finding good resources on the trees n whatnot may be difficult.
There was a suggest in 2021 for prehistoric fauna but it was shallow in the amount of content listed and was talking about an older release of the mod for that version.

Trees in 1.16.5 version: Araucaria, Brachyphyllum, Woodworthia, Heidiphyllum, Agathoxylon, Schilderia, Protojuniperoxylon, Protopiceoxylon, Metasequoia, Ginkgo, Zamites* , Trochodendroides, Liriodendrites
Other plants in 1.16.5 that would be of note: Ptilophyllum, Dicrodium, Johnstonia, Neocalamites

1.20.1 will have old-growth and yellow-leaved ginkgos, Dryophyllum, Platanites, Sabalites, Taxodium, Czekanowskia, Podozamites, Schizolepidopsis, and Taxus.
