Import OrcaHello detections into Orcasound reports feed

As a user (any persona), I want to see detections made by OrcaHello AI included in Reports, with a tag distinguishing human and machine reports, so I can see the full range of detected events and compare human vs machine detections.

Ideal: we also want to differentiate between verified (positive) machine reports and unverified or false positive reports, as tagged by expert moderators. This may be dependent on developing a moderator system on the Orcasound platform.
