Sink Configuration Definition

I had this scratch file around with some definitions that could come in handy for the sink configuration object and its dynamic forms, some of them may be a bit overkill or non important.
Thoughts @weyrick @daitan-rovaris @dscabral ?

Yeah nice, it would be good for us to get a list of top 3-5 sinks we believe will be the most important in the early phases, and get a sense of what their configuration properties will look like. Even prometheus remote write will have a couple of different ways that could be configured - e.g. basic auth (which is our first target and works with e.g. Grafana cloud) vs. Oauth2 or other ways to authenticate remote write (which is documented here https://prometheus.io/docs/prometheus/latest/configuration/configuration/#remote_write)
