I've been issued with a new MacBook for work, running OS 10.14.3. I've downloaded the US Extended/Tlit keyboard from http://oracc.museum.upenn.edu/doc/help/visitingoracc/keyboards/index.html as I always do (it's my default keyboard) and — horrors! — it installs but I can't select it from the keyboards menu — the cursor just skips past it. I am BEREFT, I tell you, BEREFT!
Is there a known fix for this? If not, any tips on making a new one that uses the same keystrokes? I'm prepared to put time into this as my fingers don't know how to type without it...

I am having a different experience with 10.14.3 -- I got a new MacBook running High Sierra last fall and had difficulties with the Tlit keyboard disappearing every time I rebooted or sometimes even switched from one application to another. I updated to Mojave just a few days ago, and after I installing the keyboard yet again, it now persists! FWIW, I have deleted all the other keyboards (including the default US).
