Shaper settings use "opt" names, not interfaces names which are visible in the UI when making selection of the interface. If other system does the assignments again in the same order as the another then it will work as internally both interfaces are opt1=WAN and opt2=LTE
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Sync shaper settings on two identical systems with interfaces WAN and LTE, but on primary WAN is opt1 and on secondary it is opt2 and vice versa
See backup after settings sync
Interfaces on backup are LTE, not WAN, see screenshot
