Currently, it is not possible to process only a subset of collections, or a subset of courses / chapters.

Both for development purposes and for quick fix of a bad chapter which has been updated online, it is necessary to be able to select finely what we want to process.

This is in fact very complex due to the hierarchical structure of objects + various kind of objects + absence of central controls of items to process. This would leak everywhere in the codebase.

Not sure it is really worth it.
