Create a script to set up a small scale test run against our own test server

This script should use the current docker-compose file as a basis and additionally spin up the OpenWPM test server.
After the test crawl is completed it should run a bunch of validation against the data collected.
This way we can ensure that the cloud crawls are still functional.
