WDLC should be fully functional in a python 3 environment.

In Ubuntu 20.04 (LTS), they've dropped a lot of python2 support, making it extremely hard to build wdlc in Ubuntu. Specifically:

  • python2 is not installed by default
  • The user needs to create the /usr/bin/python symlink
  • The python-pip package has been removed.
