Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Rhef mentioned that it would be great if Subtensor could take a list of chain endpoints or networks, which would simply switch to the next one if there's an issue with the chain as fallbacks.

Describe the solution you'd like

Accept chain and fallbacks.

Describe alternatives you've considered

No response

Additional context

Will be interesting to implement.

Subtensor stability is something every miner, validator and subnet owner are struggling with. Allowing fallbacks should massively improve the reliability of a massive number of subtensor-related issues.

Furthermore a special type of archive subtensor fallback would allow for infrequent access to historical data, which is something that some validators (sn12, sn3, probably many others) need from time to time. Automatically switching to the archive subtensor would enable using lite subtensors in common case with keeping the full functionality - something that is not really achievable with the tools we have today.
