.deb package conflicts with Ubuntu Jammy Ubiquity

I installed the editor with sudo dpkg -i . Ubuntu's Software Updater later detected package with broken dependencies and installed the Ubiquity installer (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Ubiquity).

The same story on Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS

dpkg: dependency problems prevent configuration of ubiquity:
 debconf (1.5.79ubuntu1) breaks ubiquity (<< 17.10.2) and is installed.
  Version of ubiquity to be configured is 0.4.0.
