Is your feature request related to a problem?

All OpenSearch Benchmark workloads come with a "default" query that is essentially just a match_all query. "Default" isn't a clear name and doesn't inform the users what that operation does.

What solution would you like?

These queries should be renamed to "match_all" to be more concise. Also, we should add a "size" parameter to these queries and provide a default value.
