A question about redaction - if there’re <=5 for missingness, say, one patient has a missing record of whether living in a care home, do we still need to redact the whole category of living in a care home or not? it doesn’t seem to me that we would identify that person…

Even though you're right, I think you have to per our agreed protocol as it stands. Although this is a great example of something that surely would be arguable.

This is a judgement call; we set the <=5 rule as a default to simplify discussions negate the needs for audit trails of that discussion etc. If its essential, discussion and audit trail are OK. We are balancing workload, discussion, etc etc with risk mitigation
