Validate count in latest week vs count in latest month #173

For the asthma report, the number of events in the latest week is almost half the number in the latest month, which seems strange.

We are going to assign a small amount of NHS SA team to this. If they can't be validated we should not proceed with the other external validations being planned by @a-d-brown and @chrisjwood16
