Describe the bug
When I try to upload a *.mov file, I get the following information: "File only files with the following extensions are allowed: bmp, gif, jpeg, jpg, pdf, png, rtf, txt". But when I try to upload a JPG or PNG file, I get a validation error: "File is invalid".

To Reproduce

  1. Try to attach a JPG or PNG file to a global suggestion

Expected behavior
It is not clear what type of files are accepted. And the validation message is not consistent with the behaviour.
