Add installation documentation for Ubuntu 24.04

The latest Ubuntu Long-Term support release, Ubuntu 24.04 was released in April.

Test on this new release, and update the documentation accordingly.

I tried testing installation on Ubuntu 24.04 and was able to set the tool up without any errors following the current documentation.
