On the main page above the initiatives carousel, implement a button (similar to the "Mehr News" one) to see "Mehr Initiativen", that leads to a new page where all projects are shown in a list with infite scrolling. Add filtering too, similar to this design

  • button on main page
  • link on navbar
  • initiatives page
    • with infinite scrolling
    • filtering
