Feature request: Add Support for Multitasking and Split View on iPadOS

Hi Friends,

I apologize in advance, because this is not a bug report. I just couldn't find a way to add a new feature request on the discussions tab.

I would like to suggest a new feature for the OpenHAB app when running on iPad.

Currently, when using OpenHAB on iPad, it can only runs as a full screen app, but iPadOS has support for multitasking a few apps on the same screen. More info on this ability is explained here https://support.apple.com/en-us/102576

Personally speaking, I think it would be really comfortable if we could use OpenHAB in Split View or as a floating app with Slide Over.
