In the changelog parser, it is missing :

Any news on if #68 is coming soon? I just fixed the regex to support subsections for my plugin but probably you don't want a PR 😄

I think you can make a PR.
It's low probability that the switch will happen soon.

But about your fix, I'm curious how do you render subsections in the metadata.txt if it works now ?
