Minor issue here.

Connection settings are stored in the [ili2pg] root tag in QGIS.ini, i.e., they are not linked to the dependent plugin (e.g., Model Baker).

A solution could be to accept an additional plugin prefix in the DbCommandConfigManager class init params to store settings inside the corresponding plugin tag.
