Spreadsheet - referencing a conformance target

Need a generic spreadsheet that can be used to cross reference some resource against model elements, conformance targets and requirements.

starter for 10 would be a JSON schema - need to reference the elements somehow.

The spreadsheet would offer an annex to a specification regarding coverage of such mappings (probably from conformance class perspective - how many requirements are met - so maybe these would be the left hand side..

class, requirement, model element(optional), schema element, mapping, notes, ref

ideally the model-element <-> requirement would pre-exist in the definition server, but if not the spreadsheet could capture that mapping too.

pre-conditions: conformance classes and requirements, model -> RDF, schema
post-condition: spreadsheet and pipeline to ingest

functions: - if a requirement selected automatically select the requirements class (or entail on ingest)

test case: CityGML and CityJSON
