v4.72r3: Security fix

This release removed files in testing directory which may contain a malware.

This is the binary release for 64bit Windows.

v4.72r2: Bug fix

This release fixes a bug which will cause incorrect attachment file download.

v4.72: Update

In this release, support to TLS v1.1-1.3 is added.

The MS Windows binary is recompiled with new SSL library.
For Mac and Linux, user has to install the required Python dependencies according to the EBI compiling instruction and run the ebi.py in the release.

In addition, a bug in session management is fixed.
