2018 Nassau County general file has empty column header #98

2018/counties/20181106__ny__general__nassau__precinct.csv has an empty trailing column header:

county,precinct,office,district,party,candidate,votes,

However, there are around 4315 lines that have a value for this column. We should either add the appropriate header, or remove the extra column.
