2000/20001107__ny__general.csv has an empty trailing column header:

openelections-data-ny/2000/20001107__ny__general.csv

Line 1 in 4fe2d2f

county,office,district,party,candidate,votes,

However, there are some rows that have a value in this column. We should either add the appropriate header, or remove the extra column:

openelections-data-ny/2000/20001107__ny__general.csv
