Goal:
Incremental improvements to the active "downloading" menu - enabling us to show whichever bulk level of download you initiated instead of the low level blocks being downloaded. For example if you download an entire section of Course A and the entirety of Course B, your in progress downloads screen would show 2 rows only, one for Course B and one for the section in Course A. Today you would see hundreds of dozens of individual blocks fly back in the downloads, with no quick / easy way to undo a bulk download.
