Description:
Run packages/base/any/onlp/src/onlp/module/python/onlp/test/OnlpApiTest.py, and segmentation fault occurs.
Root cause:
The ONLP_OID_TABLE_SIZE defined in
packages/base/any/onlp/src/onlp/module/inc/onlp/oids.h was changed from 32 to 128
The definition of python should also change to 128
