Create live consumption task for metoffice global data. This should match what was pulled in the archives, and also should be done before mid november.

Creating a new order in MetOffice datahub that matches the archives significantly increases costs. By requesting:
Runs [00:00, 12:00]
Steps [0-48]
Region [full globe]
Parameters [11]
we create a 259Gb monthly order which pushes us 214 Gb over our current allowance. We would need to move to the 400GB band (at a cost of £422.50 pm) from our current 150GB band (at a cost of £167 pm).
Now the task is headed as an archive for India, so ignoring matching the archives' region and just pulling India, we instead get
Runs [00:00, 12:00]
Steps [0-48]
Region [35/97/6/67]
Parameters [11]
which is a much more reasonable 3GB, and won't push us up a band. This would mean we would be able to pull twice as many runs, if desirable.
