The default method for pvlib.solarposition.get_solarposition is really slow.

method='nrel_numba' provides the same functionality but is much faster.

This applies to nowcasting_dataset.geospatial.calculate_azimuth_and_elevation_angle and maybe elsewhere in nowcasting_dataset.
