Needed for when we create PV datasets outside the UK.

Possible Implementation

Some options:

• NOAA's Global Forecasting System (GFS, available back to 2015 on Google Earth Engine; and two years of data avilable on NCEI TDS). GFS has a 3-hourly temporal resolution, so not great for nowcasting 🙂
• UK Met Office's NWP-Global (archive back to 2016 is available from CEDA. Live data is available on the DataHub.).
