Detailed Description

The Live MO globla data is a different spatial granulaity than the train data

Possible Implementation

re grid the live data so its the same as the training data
similar to https://github.com/openclimatefix/uk-pvnet-app/blob/main/pvnet_app/data/nwp.py#L38
