Login button for obs.adfc-bw.de does not work correctly

After pressing the login button at obs.adfc-bw.de I land on the following error page.
I am not behind a proxy and it is not the firewall either.
The same button on https://portal.openbikesensor.org/ works.

This likely means that the portal at obs.adfc-bw.de is misconfigured, I tried asking around on matrix/element for the admin.
